We are growing and Medibank needs a Claims Consultant who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a full time position based in Adelaide, SA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
What we’re looking for
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Australian working rights
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- A positive, safety-first attitude
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $133,000 – $153,000 per year
