Front Office Manager

Coles Group is looking for a Front Office Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a full time position based in Hobart, TAS. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early

What we’re looking for

• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• A positive, safety-first attitude

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $108,000 – $128,000 per year
