General Manager - Operations

Coles Group has an opportunity for an experienced General Manager - Operations. The team is supportive, the work is varied, and the expectations are clear.

About the role

This is a full time position based in Brisbane, QLD. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role

What we’re looking for

• Australian working rights
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A positive, safety-first attitude

• A salary in the range of $115,000 – $136,000 per year
