Physiotherapist

We are growing and Coles Group needs a Physiotherapist who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Perth, WA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early

What we’re looking for

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $95,000 – $103,000 per year
