Coles Group is looking for a Brand Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.
About the role
This is a full time position based in Wollongong, NSW. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
What we’re looking for
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $95,000 – $126,000 per year
