Business Development Manager

We are growing and Coles Group needs a Business Development Manager who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Perth, WA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members

What we’re looking for

• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Australian working rights
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $106,000 – $126,000 per year
