Telstra is looking for a Legal Assistant to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.
About the role
This is a part time position based in Geelong, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Australian working rights
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $106,000 – $143,000 per year
