Civil Design Engineer

We are growing and Woolworths Group needs a Civil Design Engineer who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a casual/vacation position based in Hobart, TAS. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members

What we’re looking for

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Australian working rights
