Personal Trainer

Woolworths Group is looking for a Personal Trainer to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a contract/temp position based in Perth, WA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members

What we’re looking for

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Australian working rights
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• A positive, safety-first attitude

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $71,000 – $95,000 per year
