Contract Administrator

Woolworths Group has an opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator. The team is supportive, the work is varied, and the expectations are clear.

About the role

This is a casual/vacation position based in Brisbane, QLD. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager

What we’re looking for

• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
