Customer Service Consultant

BHP is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Perth, WA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members

What we’re looking for

• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $79,000 – $110,000 per year
