Early Childhood Educator

We are growing and Commonwealth Bank needs a Early Childhood Educator who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Canberra, ACT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
