We are growing and Westpac needs a Account Manager who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a casual/vacation position based in Gold Coast, QLD. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $35 – $49 per hour
