NAB is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.
About the role
This is a casual/vacation position based in Sydney, NSW. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
What we’re looking for
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
- Australian working rights
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $49 – $54 per hour
