NAB is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.
About the role
This is a part time position based in Geelong, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
What we’re looking for
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- Australian working rights
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $124,000 – $154,000 per year
