Learning & Development Specialist

We are growing and Kmart Australia needs a Learning & Development Specialist who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Melbourne, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role

What we’re looking for

• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Australian working rights
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

What you’ll get
