Ramsay Health Care is looking for a Property Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.
About the role
This is a full time position based in Gold Coast, QLD. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
What we’re looking for
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $130,000 – $153,000 per year
