Macquarie Group is looking for a Property Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.
About the role
This is a full time position based in Sydney, NSW. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
What we’re looking for
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- A positive, safety-first attitude
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $87,000 – $109,000 per year
