Customer Service Consultant

REA Group has an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Consultant. The team is supportive, the work is varied, and the expectations are clear.

About the role

This is a contract/temp position based in Geelong, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role

What we’re looking for

• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Australian working rights
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $107,000 – $125,000 per year
