Personal Trainer

We are growing and Downer Group needs a Personal Trainer who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Perth, WA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members

What we’re looking for

• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $111,000 – $126,000 per year
