Customer Experience Team Leader

Downer Group is looking for a Customer Experience Team Leader to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a full time position based in Hobart, TAS. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Australian working rights
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $97,000 – $115,000 per year
