Property Manager

Downer Group has an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager. The team is supportive, the work is varied, and the expectations are clear.

About the role

This is a full time position based in Hobart, TAS. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes

What we’re looking for

• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Australian working rights
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $89,000 – $124,000 per year
