Receptionist

We are growing and Downer Group needs a Receptionist who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a full time position based in Brisbane, QLD. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes

What we’re looking for

• Australian working rights
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $135,000 – $169,000 per year
