Personal Trainer

We are growing and Coles Group needs a Personal Trainer who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a contract/temp position based in Newcastle, NSW. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems

What we’re looking for

• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $82,000 – $90,000 per year
