We are growing and Coles Group needs a Estimator who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a contract/temp position based in Melbourne, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
What we’re looking for
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
- Australian working rights
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $40 – $54 per hour
