QA Engineer

Coles Group is looking for a QA Engineer to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Geelong, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly

What we’re looking for

• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $127,000 – $147,000 per year
