Service Desk Analyst

Downer Group has an opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst. The team is supportive, the work is varied, and the expectations are clear.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Darwin, NT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
