Learning & Development Specialist

We are growing and Coles Group needs a Learning & Development Specialist who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Perth, WA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members

What we’re looking for

• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• Australian working rights
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $68,000 – $100,000 per year
