Product Manager

Bolton Clarke is looking for a Product Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a full time position based in Gold Coast, QLD. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early

What we’re looking for

• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Australian working rights

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $68,000 – $102,000 per year
