About the role
This is a part time position based in Newcastle, NSW. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
What we’re looking for
- Australian working rights
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- A positive, safety-first attitude
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $84,000 – $92,000 per year
