Learning & Development Specialist

Bolton Clarke has an opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist. The team is supportive, the work is varied, and the expectations are clear.

About the role

This is a contract/temp position based in Geelong, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly

What we’re looking for

• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Australian working rights
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $123,000 – $158,000 per year
