Sales Consultant

We are growing and Bolton Clarke needs a Sales Consultant who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Newcastle, NSW. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role

What we’re looking for

• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Australian working rights
• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $136,000 – $153,000 per year
