Garden Maintenance Labourer

We are growing and Bolton Clarke needs a Garden Maintenance Labourer who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a contract/temp position based in Perth, WA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members

What we’re looking for

• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $109,000 – $118,000 per year
