Garden Maintenance Labourer

Downer Group has an opportunity for an experienced Garden Maintenance Labourer. The team is supportive, the work is varied, and the expectations are clear.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Darwin, NT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $71,000 – $106,000 per year
