Retail Store Manager

Bolton Clarke is looking for a Retail Store Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Melbourne, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early

What we’re looking for

• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Australian working rights
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $123,000 – $136,000 per year
