We are growing and Telstra needs a Civil Design Engineer who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a full time position based in Wollongong, NSW. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
- Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
What we’re looking for
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Australian working rights
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $135,000 – $164,000 per year
