Support Coordinator

Telstra is looking for a Support Coordinator to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a full time position based in Brisbane, QLD. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role

What we’re looking for

• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Australian working rights

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $116,000 – $143,000 per year
