Service Desk Analyst

We are growing and Commonwealth Bank needs a Service Desk Analyst who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a contract/temp position based in Geelong, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes

• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
