Physiotherapist

Westpac is looking for a Physiotherapist to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a contract/temp position based in Newcastle, NSW. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early

What we’re looking for

• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $79,000 – $102,000 per year
