Full Stack Developer

Westpac is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Perth, WA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes

What we’re looking for

• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Australian working rights
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)

• A salary in the range of $91,000 – $102,000 per year
