We are growing and Westpac needs a QA Engineer who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a contract/temp position based in Canberra, ACT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
What we’re looking for
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- Australian working rights
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $73,000 – $82,000 per year
