NAB is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.
About the role
This is a contract/temp position based in Melbourne, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- A positive, safety-first attitude
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $84,000 – $119,000 per year
