Learning & Development Specialist
We are growing and NAB needs a Learning & Development Specialist who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a contract/temp position based in Melbourne, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
What we’re looking for
- Australian working rights
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, safety-first attitude
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $88,000 – $111,000 per year
- Structured onboarding with a buddy for your first three months
