We are growing and Qantas needs a Careers Advisor who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a part time position based in Newcastle, NSW. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
What we’re looking for
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Australian working rights
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $102,000 – $139,000 per year
