Customer Service Consultant

Kmart Australia is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Canberra, ACT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager

What we’re looking for

• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Australian working rights
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $117,000 – $141,000 per year
