People & Culture Advisor
Kmart Australia has an opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Advisor. The team is supportive, the work is varied, and the expectations are clear.
About the role
This is a full time position based in Gold Coast, QLD. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
What we’re looking for
- Australian working rights
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $114,000 – $152,000 per year
