Recruitment Consultant

Australia Post has an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant. The team is supportive, the work is varied, and the expectations are clear.

About the role

This is a contract/temp position based in Canberra, ACT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role

• A salary in the range of $68,000 – $92,000 per year
