We are growing and Australia Post needs a Chef de Partie who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a contract/temp position based in Melbourne, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
What we’re looking for
- Australian working rights
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $95,000 – $116,000 per year
