Learning & Development Specialist

Australia Post is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Perth, WA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early

What we’re looking for

• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team

• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $135,000 – $167,000 per year
