We are growing and Downer Group needs a Product Designer who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a full time position based in Wollongong, NSW. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
What we’re looking for
- Australian working rights
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $80,000 – $92,000 per year
